Legislative Session of 1973 as set forth in the Appropriation Bill, be
paid upon the the joint order of the President of the Senate and the Speaker
of the House of Delegates.

Ordered, That the Speaker shall appoint the employees necessary for
the proper transaction of the business of this Special Legislative Session
of 1973 as provided for in the budget, this order to remain in effect until
changed or modified by the House of Delegates.

ORDER

Annapolis, Maryland, July 30, 1973.
By the Majority Leader:

Ordered, by the House of Delegates of Maryland, that each desk officer
of the House of Delegates shall be paid an allowance for mileage during
the Special Session of 1973 at the current and regular rate established
by the Board of Public Works for State employees generally. The pay-
ment shall be for one round-trip from the officer's residence to the City
of Annapolis and return once each week or fraction thereof while the
General Assembly is in session.
