MATERIALS.—ONLY A NON METALLIC TOOL MAY BE USED TO
OPEN ANY CONTAINER. EXTRANEOUS MATERIAL MAY NOT BE
STORED IN AN EXPLOSIVE OR DETONATOR MAGAZINE.

as Article 66C, section 621(g) of the Code.

(H) USE OF TOBACCO AND OPEN FLAMES.—CARRYING
SMOKERS' ARTICLES OR ANY OPEN FLAME IN OR NEAR ANY
MAGAZINE IS PROHIBITED.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears
as Article 66C, section 621(h) of the Code.
The only changes made are in style.

(I) CARDOX CHARGING STATIONS.—A CARDOX CHARGING
STATION SHALL:

(1)   BE IN A FIREPROOF STRUCTURE ON THE
SURFACE OR ISOLATED FROM ANY OTHER OPERATION IN THE
BUILDING BY A SUBSTANTIAL FIREPROOF PARTITION;

(2)   BE PROVIDED WITH   AT LEAST TWO METHODS
OF RELIEVING EXCESS PRESSURE IN   THE STORAGE TANK. IF
ONE OF THESE METHODS IS A VALVE,   THE VALVE SHALL BE
TESTED MONTHLY; AND

(3)     HAVE A BOX-TYPE MAGAZINE OR ITS
EQUIVALENT FOR STORING THE DAILY SUPPLY OF HEATER
ELEMENTS.

as Article 66C, section 622 of the code.

(J) UNDERGROUND TRANSPORTATION.--

(1)    INDIVIDUAL CONTAINERS.—PERMISSIBLE
EXPLOSIVES OR DETONATORS CARRIED UNDERGROUND SHALL BE
IN AN INDIVIDUAL CONTAINER CONSTRUCTED OF SUBSTANTIAL
NONCONDUCTIVE MATERIAL, MAINTAINED IN GOOD CONDITION,
AND KEPT CLOSED.

(2)    SPECIAL CARS AND CONTAINERS.--WHEN

EXPLOSIVES OR DETONATORS ARE TRANSPORTED UNDERGROUND
BY LOCOMOTIVE, ROPE, OR SHUTTLE CAR, THEY SHALL BE IN
A SPECIAL COVERED CAR OR IN A SPECIAL CONTAINER. THE
BODY AND COVER OF EACH SPECIAL CAR AND CONTAINER SHALL
BE CONSTRUCTED OF NONCONDUCTIVE MATERIAL. IF
EXPLOSIVES AND DETONATORS ARE HAULED IN THE SAME CAR
