(B)   SURFACE TRANSFORMERS CONTAINING FLAMMABLE
OIL; PROVISION FOR OIL DRAINAGE.—EACH SURFACE
TRANSFORMER CONTAINING FLAMMABLE OIL AND INSTALLED
WHERE IT PRESENTS A FIRE HAZARD, SUCH AS NEAR MINE
OPENINGS OF IN OR NEAR COMBUSTIBLE BUILDINGS, SHALL BE
PROVIDED WITH MEANS TO DRAIN OR CONFINE THE OIL IF A
RUPTURE OF THE TRANSFORMER CASING OCCURS.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears
as Article 66C, section 582 (b) of the Code.
The only changes made are in style.

(C)    TRANSFORMER TO BE EITHER AIR COOLED OR
NONFLAMMABLE LIQUID COOLED.—A PERMANENT OR PORTABLE
TRANSFORMER FOR USE UNDERGROUND SHALL BE EITHER AIR
COOLED OR NONFLAMMABLE LIQUID COOLED, IF ORDERED AFTER
JUNE 1, 1949.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears
as Article 66C, section 582 (c) of the
Code. The phrase "after the effective date
of this act, both permanent and portable",
is proposed for deletion because it is
obsolete. The only other changes made are
in style.

(D)       DOORSILL PROVIDED FOR UNDERGROUND
TRANSFORMER STATION.—AN UNDERGROUND STATION
CONTAINING A TRANSFORMER FILLED WITH FLAMMABLE OIL
SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH DOORSILLS, OR THEIR EQUIVALENT,
TO CONFINE THE OIL IF LEAKAGE OR EXPLOSION OCCURS.

as Article 66C, section 582 (d) of the Code.
The only changes made are in style.

7-431. ELECTRIC SYSTEM MAP.

EVERY SIX MONTHS THE OPERATOR OF A COAL MINE, IN
WHICH ANY ELECTRIC SYSTEM EXISTS, SHALL MAKE AN
"ELECTRIC SYSTEM MAP" OF THE MINE. THE ELECTRIC
SYSTEM SHALL BE SHOWN IN THE DETAIL AND THE MANNER THE
BUREAU PRESCRIBES BY DISTINGUISHING COLORS AND SIGNS
ON AN EXACT REPRODUCTION OF THE MINE MAP REQUIRED
PURSUANT TO §7-401. IDENTICAL COPIES OF THE ELECTRIC
SYSTEM MAP SHALL BE KEPT IN THE OFFICE OF THE FOREMAN
AT THE MINE AND FILED WITH THE DISTRICT MINE INSPECTOR
FOR HIS OFFICIAL USE.
