SUBTITLE 2. ARBITRATION AND AWARD.
SEC. 3-201. DEFINITIONS.

(A)   IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAVE THE
MEANINGS INDICATED.

(B)   COURT.

"COURT" MEANS A COURT OF EQUITY.

(C)   GUARDIAN.

"GUARDIAN" MEANS A PERSON APPOINTED BY A COURT AS
GUARDIAN OF THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR BOTH OF A
DISABLED PERSON.

(D)   PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE.

"PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE" MEANS AN EXECUTOR,
ADMINISTRATOR, OR SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR.
