(B)   SUPERVISION AND OPERATION OF HAN TRIP.---EACH

MAN TRIP SHALL BE UNDER THE CHARGE OF A RESPONSIBLE
PERSON. IT SHALL BE OPERATED INDEPENDENTLY OF ANY
LOADED TRIP OF COAL OR OTHER MATERIAL.

SUFFICIENT CARS IS GOOD MECHANICAL CONDITION.

(E)   TROLLEY WIRE RIDE.—A PERSON MAY NOT RIDE
UNDER THE TROLLEY WIRE UNLESS A SUITABLE COVERED MAN

(F)   PERSONS TO RIDE IN DIFFERENT CARS FROM
MATERIALS OR TOOLS; POSITION OF RIDERS.—MATERIALS OR
TOOLS MAY NOT BE TRANSPORTED IN THE SAME CAR WITH
PERSONS ON ANY MAN TRIP. EVERY PERSON, EXCEPT THE
MOTORMAN, BRAKEMAN, OR TRIP RIDER, SHALL RIDE INSIDE
OF A MAN TRIP CAR.
