OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE OF ANY KIND.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears

Code. The reference to the masculine
meaning the feminine and neuter genders is
proposed for deletion in light of Article
1, section 7 of the Code, wherein the
masculine includes all genders. The only
other changes made are in style.

[[(H)]] (I) "POOL" MEANS AN UNDERGROUND
RESERVOIR CONTAINING A COMMON ACCUMULATION OF OIL,
GAS, OR BOTH.

for deletion in light of Article 1, section
8 of the Code, wherein reference to the
singular is deemed to include the plural
unless the context is unreasonable. The
