CRIMINAL COURT OF BALTIMORE.—IF ANY FINE IS IMPOSED
BY THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR A COUNTY OR THE CRIMINAL
COURT OF BALTIMORE, AS THE CASE MAY BE, THE FINE, LESS
THE COSTS OF COLLECTION AND NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED
FOR, SHALL BE PAID TO THE FOREST OR PARK RESERVE FUND.

GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE:
The Commission to Revise the Annotated Code, in
compiling Title 5 of the Natural Resources Article,
concluded that certain provisions of present law
originally allocated to Title 5 are repetitious,
obsolete, or more properly allocable elsewhere.
Accordingly, these provisions are not embodied in
Title 5. Their proposed treatment is as follows:
