Licensing and Regulation, not the
Department of Natural Resources.

Because of technical drafting problems,
H.B. 99 did not pass. However, the
allocation of the function to the
Department of Licensing and Regulation
still seems desirable. In another portion
of this bill, this transfer is proposed.
Hence, the elimination of Subtitle 5 of
Title 5 of the Natural Resources Article is
also proposed, leaving this subtitle blank.

SUBTITLE 6. FOREST CONSERVANCY DISTRICTS.
5-601. DEFINITIONS.

(A) GENERALLY.--IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING

WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.

OTHER SIMILAR SOURCES OF WEALTH.
