REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a) presently appears
as Article 66C, section 700(k) of the Code,
as amended by Chapter 687, S.B. 489, Acts
of 1973. The reference in the present
statute to Lighthouse Lump is proposed for
deletion because this point does not appear
on any of the department's charts. The
Fisheries Administration has indicated that
Entrance Lumps is the actual point the
statute was intended to designate.
Likewise, under the "bar" is capitalized in
the proposed subsection because it is a
proper name of a point. The last provision
of section 700 (k) is proposed for deletion
since its substance is set forth in
subsection (c) of this section.
Subsection (b) presently appears as Article
66C, section 700(n) of the Code.
