SEINES OR NETS OF ANY KIND IN THE WATERS OF SUE'S
CREEK WEST OF A LINE DRAWN FROM THE NORTHEASTERNMOST
POINT OF SUE'S ISLAND TO EXTREMITY OF ROCKAWAY BEACH
ROAD AT THE SOUTHERN TIP OF TURKEY POINT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a) presently appears
as Article 66C, section 270 (f) of the
Code. Subsection (b) presently appears as
Article 66C, section 270 (a) but has been
revised in order to clarify the areas where
fishing is prohibited.

Subsection (c) is new language and is based
entirely on the last provision of Article
66C, section 270(g). It has been inserted
here since it relates to Back River which
is distinct from Middle River.

Subsection (d) presently appears   as Article

66C, section 270(e). The phrase "in every

year" is proposed for deletion because it

is presumed that the prohibition continues
until repealed or invalidated.

Subsection (e) presently appears as Article
66C, section 270(c) of the Code; subsection
(f) presently appears as Article 66C,
section 270 (d).

Subsection (g) presently appears as Article
66C, section 270(g) of the Code. The last
provision of the present subsection is
proposed for deletion because it is set
forth in proposed subsection (c).

Subsection (h) presently appears as Article
66C, section 270 (b) of the Code.

The only other changes made are in style.
