second sentence of the present subsection
is revised so that its meaning is more
intelligible.

66C, section     263 (f) of the Code and has

been inserted here for organizational
purposes.

Subsection (e) presently appears as Article
66C, section 265 (g) of the Code. The
present language is revised to indicate
that rivers and tributaries refer to those
of the Chesapeake Bay.

Subsection (f) presently appears as Article
66C, section 265(a) of the Code.

Subsection (g) presently appears as Article
66C, section 265(b) of the Code.

Subsection (h) presently appears as Article
66C, section 265(c) of the Code.

Subsection (i) presently appears as Article
66C, section 265(j). The present reference
to "sunup" has been changed to sunrise.
The penalty provisions of this section are
proposed for deletion in light of the
uniform penalty provision of this title.
