(G) SCHEDULE OF LICENSE FEES. -

(1)   RESIDENT, UNDER 65 YEARS OF AGE ......... $4.50

(2)   RESIDENT, 65 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER ..... $1.00

(3)   NONRESIDENT - SHORT TERM LICENSE VALID

FOR 7 CONSECUTIVE DAYS FROM DATE OF ISSUANCE ......... $4.50

(4)   NONRESIDENT, REGULAR LICENSE........... $10.50

(5)   RESIDENT OF WEST VIRGINIA, DISTRICT OF
COLUMBIA OR VIRGINIA - SPECIFIC LICENSE TO FISH IN
POTOMAC RIVER...................................... $4.50

(6)   COMPLIMENTARY LICENSE .................. NO FEE

(H) ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AND COLLECTION OF FEES;
PROCEDURE. - THE CLERK OF THE COURT OR ANY PERSON
DESIGNATED TO SELL AN ANGLER'S LICENSE SHALL ISSUE THE
LICENSE AND COLLECT THE FEE PRESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION
(G). THE DEPARTMENT SHALL FURNISH THE LICENSES TO THE
COURT CLERKS OR DESIGNATED PERSONS. AN ANGLER'S
LICENSE SHALL BEAR THE SECRETARY'S FACSIMILE SIGNATURE
AND THE COUNTER-SIGNATURE OF THE ISSUING PERSON. THE
PERSON WHO ISSUES THE LICENSE SHALL FILL OUT THE NAME
AND ADDRESS OF THE LICENSEE ON A STUB ATTACHED TO THE
LICENSE BLANK AND DETACH THE STUB. THE STUBS AND
MONEY, COLLECTED EVERY MONTH, SHALL BE MAILED TO THE
DEPARTMENT ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE SUCCEEDING MONTH.
THE PERSON WHO SELLS AND ISSUES ANY ANGLER'S LICENSE
SHALL RETAIN AS COMPENSATION 50 CENTS IF THE LICENSE
IS AT LEAST $5, OR 25 CENTS IF THE LICENSE IS LESS
THAN $5.

(I) DURATION OF LICENSE. - EVERY ANGLER'S
LICENSE SHALL EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31 OF EACH YEAR
FOLLOWING THE DATE OF ISSUANCE.

(J) LICENSEE TO SIGN NAME ON LICENSE; LICENSE
NONTRANSFERABLE. - THE LICENSEE SHALL SIGN HIS NAME IN
INK ON THE LICENSE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. THE
LICENSE MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON, NOR
USED OR PRESENTED BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE PERSON
TO WHOM IT WAS ISSUED.
