RESOURCES POLICE OFFICES OR ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICER TO ENTER AND INSPECT THE PREMISES WHERE
OPERATIONS ARE BEING CARRIED ON AND TO INSPECT RECORDS
AT ALL REASONABLE HOURS.

(F) PENALTY. _ IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER PENALTY
PROVIDED BY THE PROVISIONS OF THIS TITLE, ANY PERSON
CONVICTED OF VIOLATING ANY PROVISION OF THIS SUBTITLE
SHALL BE FINED $5 FOR EACH SPECIMEN OF FINFISH OR ANY
PART OF THEM MOUNTED OR POSSESSED FOR MOUNTING.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language
derived from Article 66C, section 177, as
amended by Chapter 181, Acts of 1972. In
subsection (a) language is added to
indicate that a taxidermist and fur—tanning
license authorizes its holder to mount and
preserve wildlife as well as finfish.

The penalty provision in subsection (d) is
retained because it is in addition to the
uniform penalty provision of this title.

In subsection (e), language is added to
indicate that the Natural Resources Police
Force specifically is charged with
enforcing these laws and that any law
enforcement officer may enforce them.

The penalty provision in subsection (f) is
retained because it is in addition to the
uniform penalty provision of this title.

FISHERIES AND RELATED LAMS.

PART I. ATLANTIC STATES MARINE FISHERIES COMPACT

4-301. TERMS OF ATLANTIC STATE MARINE FISHERIES
COMPACT.

THE GOVERNOR IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED TO
EXECUTE A COMPACT ON BEHALF OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND
WITH ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE STATES OF MAINE, NEW
HAMPSHIRE, CONNECTICUT, RHODE ISLAND, NEW YORK, NEW
JERSEY, DELAWARE, VIRGINIA, NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH
CAROLINA, GEORGIA, MASSACHUSETTS AND FLORIDA AND WITH
SUCH OTHER STATES AS MAY ENTER INTO THE COMPACT,
LEGALLY JOINING IN THE FORM SUBSTANTIALLY AS FOLLOWS:
