OR TO WHICH HE PLEADED GUILTY, OF NOLO CONTENDERE, OR
IF NEITHER CONVICTION NOR PLEA OF GUILTY OR NOLO
CONTENDERS WAS HAD, TO TRY THE PERSON ACCUSED ON THE
CHARGE.
(D) A CHARGE OF VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF
PROBATION OR SUSPENSION OF SENTENCE SHALL BE HEARD BY
THE JUDGE WHO ORIGINALLY HEARD THE HATTER AND IMPOSED
THE TERMS, AND IF PROBATION IS REVOKED OR SUSPENSION
STRICKEN, THE DEFENDANT SHALL BE SENTENCED BY THAT
JUDGE, UNLESS HE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM OFFICE, HAS
DIED OR RESIGNED, OR IS OTHERWISE INCAPACITATED, IN
ANY OF WHICH EVENT ANY OTHER JUDGE OF THE DISTRICT
COURT HAS FULL POWER TO ACT IN THE MATTER.
REVISOR's NOTE: This section combines the
substance of Art. 26, §§ 145(b)(10) and 146,
both of which are proposed for repeal.
Provisions as to modifications of sentence by
a District Court judge are contained in
rules.
SECTION 11. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
[[§14(c)]]13-103(c) of Art. [54]] 21, Annotated
Code of Maryland ([[1972]] 1973 Repl. Vol. as added to
or amended by any law enacted at the 1973 regular
session of the General Assembly), [[title "Hall of
Records", subtitle "Land Patents"]] "Real Property,"
title "Land Patents, and §2-207(e) of Art. 93,
Annotated Code of Maryland {1969 Repl. Vol. as added
to or amended by any law enacted at the 1973 regular
session of the General Assembly), title "Decedents1
Estates", subtitle Register of Wills, be and each is
hereby repealed and re—enacted with amendments, to
read as follows:

[[14]] 13-103.
(c) The Commissioner shall have custody of and
maintain all records relating to the issuance of
patents, including all books, dockets, and papers
relating thereto which were formerly in the custody of
the Commissioner of the Land Office. He shall upon
request and payment of any fees required by law,
certify copies of such records; and such certification
shall have the same effect that certification by the
Commissioner of the Land office had on January 1,
1967. UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW OR ORDER OF
COURT, ANT PERSON MAY, WITHOUT CHARGE, INSPECT,
