SEC. 10-806. INTERPRETATION.

THIS SUBTITLE SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND INTERPRETED
TO EFFECTUATE ITS GENERAL PURPOSE TO HAKE UNIFORM THE
LAW IN THOSE STATES WHICH ENACT IT.

SEC- 10-807. TITLE.

THIS SUBTITLE MAY BE CITED AS THE UNIFORM
SIMULTANEOUS DEATH ACT.

SUBTITLE 9. MISCELLANEOUS RULES.

SEC. 10-901. CORROBORATION OF TESTIMONY.

(A)   BREACH OF PROMISE TO MARRY.

IN AN ACTION FOR DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF PROMISE TO
MARRY, A JUDGMENT MAY NOT BE ENTERED ON THE
UNCORROBORATED TESTIMONY OF THE PLAINTIFF ALONE.

(B)   DIVORCE.

SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION (C), A
DECREE OF DIVORCE MAY NOT BE ENTERED UPON THE
UNCORROBORATED TESTIMONY OF THE PLAINTIFF ALONE.

(C)   VOLUNTARY SEPARATION AGREEMENT.

WHERE THE PARTIES SEEK A DIVORCE A VINCULO
MATRIMONII UPON THE GROUNDS THAT THEY HAVE NOT
COHABITED FOR THE REQUISITE PERIOD OF TIME, AND THAT
THEIR SEPARATION IS BEYOND ANY REASONABLE EXPECTATION
OF RECONCILIATION, AND THE PARTIES HAVE EXECUTED AN
AGREEMENT UNDER OATH PRIOR TO FILING A BILL OF
COMPLAINT RECITING THAT THEY HAVE VOLUNTARILY AGREED
TO SEPARATE, THE AGREEMENT IS FULL CORROBORATION OF
THE PLAINTIFF'S TESTIMONY REGARDING THE MUTUAL AND
