REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language
derived from Art. 36, §28. In subsection
(a), the term "standing" is substituted for
"legal" to avoid ambiguity. It is consistent
with Rule 628 (a) (2), which provides that in
supplementary proceedings the examination
shall be in open court or before a standing
commissioner.
