(F) DISTRIBUTION OF APPEARANCE FEES IN TALBOT
COUNTY.
IN TALBOT COUNTY, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT
SHALL TRANSMIT ON A MONTHLY BASIS ALL APPEARANCE FEES
COLLECTED UNDER SUBSECTION (A) TO THE COUNTY BAR
LIBRARY FUND TO BE USED FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF
THE BAR LIBRARY.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language
derived from Art. 36, §§ 10 and 10A, as
amended by Chs. 52 and 179, Acts of 1973.
The provisions of subsection (b) relating to
the time for distribution of appearance fees
has been changed to reflect actual practice.
Subsection (b) (3) has been changed to allow
court as well as city employees to use the
Bar Library in Baltimore without charge.
The provision dealing with fees in the
Orphans' Courts is moved to Art. 93 because
this title does not deal with the Orphans'
Court.
To the extent appearance fees must be paid,
to or for the use of Bar libraries, an
attorney may not waive appearance fees nor
may he claim the appearance fees. Under
these circumstances, the clerk should collect
the full appearance fee and dispose of it in
accordance with this section. See Atty.
Gen's. Opinion of June 12, 1971.
SEC. 7-205. COSTS WHEN CASE IS REMOVED.
(A) IN GENERAL.
THE COUNTY FROM WHICH A CASE IS REMOVED SHALL PAY
THE COSTS AND EXPENSES IN THE COUNTY TO WHICH THE CASE
IS REMOVED.
(B) DUTY OF CLERK OF COURT.
(1) THE CLERK OF THE COURT TO WHICH A CASE
IS REMOVED SHALL KEEP AN ACCURATE ACCOUNT OF THE COSTS
AND EXPENSES, AND CERTIFY THE ACCOUNT TO BOTH
COUNTIES.
(2) THE ACCOUNT SHALL CONTAIN NAMES AND
ADDRESSES 01 THE PERSONS TO WHOM THE COSTS OR EXPENSES
