SEC. 4-524. INFORMATION TRANSMITTED WITH ORDER OF
COMMITMENT.

IF THE COURT COMMITS A CHILD TO ANY INSTITUTION
OR AGENCY, IT SHALL TRANSMIT A SUMMARY OF ITS
INFORMATION CONCERNING THE CHILD WITH THE ORDER OF
COMMITMENT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 26, §83(d). It was separated because
it deals with more than the procedure of
the hearing. The only other changes made
are in style.

SEC. 4-525. INTERFERENCE WITH OFFICERS AND OTHERS
HAVING CUSTODY OF CHILD.

A PERSON MAY NOT IN ANY MANNER INTERFERE WITH ANY
OFFICER OF THE COURT IN THE PROPER DISCHARGE OF HIS
DUTIES, OR WITH ANY PERSON IN WHOSE CUSTODY ANY CHILD
HAS BEEN PLACED BY THE COURT, OR ATTEMPT TO ENTICE THE
CHILD FROM CUSTODY.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 26, §84. The penalty provisions now
appear in §4-530. The only other changes
made are in style.

SEC. 4-526. ADULT BRINGING CHILD WITHIN PROVISIONS OF
SUBTITLE OR WITHIN JURISDICTION OF THE COURT.

(A)    IT      IS UNLAWFUL FOR ANY ADULT TO WILLFULLY
CONTRIBUTE TO,    ENCOURAGE, OR TEND TO CAUSE BY ACT OR
OMISSION ANY      CONDITION WHICH WOULD BRING A CHILD
WITHIN THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE. AN ADULT OVER
WHOM THE JUDGE   HAS JURISDICTION UNDER THIS SUBTITLE
FOR SUCH AN      ACT, OR OMISSION MAY BE PUNISHED UNDER
§4-530.

(B)   THE JUDGE MAY SUSPEND SENTENCE AND PLACE THE
ADULT ON PROBATION SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HE DEEMS TO BE IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILD OR
OTHER PERSONS CONCERNED.
