ENFORCING WEIGHTS AND MEASURES LAWS AND RULES AND
REGULATIONS.

(M) "WEIGHT AND MEASURE" MEANS ANY INSTRUMENT OR
DEVICE USED FOR WEIGHING OR MEASURING, AND ANY
APPLIANCE OR ACCESSORY ASSOCIATED WITH ANY INSTRUMENT
OR DEVICE USED FOP WEIGHING OR MEASURING.

REVISOR'S NOTE:

This subsection is new language derived from
Art. 97. §35(2) of the Code. The present use of the
phrase weight or measure is omitted because the
definition of this term clearly indicates that the
conjunctive "and" is intended even where the present
statute uses the disjunctive "or".
