SEC. 10-702. RULES AND REGULATIONS.

THE SECRETARY MAY ADOPT AND ENFORCE RULES AND
REGULATIONS NECESSARY TO SECURE UNIFORMITY IN THE
ENFORCEMENT OF THIS SUBTITLE AND THE PROPER MARKING OF
THE CONTAINER OF ANY FRUIT OR VEGETABLE.
