(N) "LOT" MEANS A DEFINITE QUANTITY OF SEED

RECOGNIZED TOLERANCE FOR THE FACTOR APPEARING IN THE
LABELING.

STATE, THE UNITED STATES, ANY PROVINCE OF CANADA, OR
THE GOVERNMENT OF ANY FOREIGN COUNTRY WHOSE
CERTIFICATION STANDARDS ARE RECOGNIZED BY THE
SECRETARY.

to the International Crop Improvement
Association is omitted because this
organization no longer exists. A reference
to the Secretary is substituted so that he,

(Q) "PROHIBITED NOXIOUS SEED SEED" MEANS THE SEED
OF ANY PERENNIAL WEED INCLUDING A WEED REPRODUCED BY
SEED AND ONE SPREAD BY UNDERGROUND HOOTS, STEMS, AND
OTHER BODY PARTS, WHICH WHEN WELL ESTABLISHED, ARE
