MARVIN MANDEL, Governor                                 1691

The last clause which provides that a

the powers, and subject to the restrictions
hereinafter set forth" is proposed for
deletion as unnecessary. The only other
changes made are in style.

[[(D)]](E) "DUE NOTICE" MEANS NOTICE PUBLISHED

CIRCULATION IS AVAILABLE, THE NOTICE MAY BE POSTED AT
A REASONABLE NUMBER OF CONSPICUOUS PLACES WITHIN THE
APPROPRIATE AREA, INCLUDING IF POSSIBLE, PUBLIC PLACES
WHERE IT IS CUSTOMARY TO POST NOTICES CONCERNING
COUNTY OR MUNICIPAL AFFAIRS GENERALLY. AT ANY HEARING

DESIGNATED IN THE NOTICE, ADJOURNMENT MAY BE MADE
WITHOUT RENEWING NOTICE FOR THE ADJOURNED DATES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears
as Art. 66C, §90(4) of the Code. The present
reference to "occupier of land" is proposed
for deletion because this phrase is being
deleted throughout this subtitle. The
present reference to "firm or corporation" is
proposed for deletion because it is included
within the definition of "person" in
§1—101 (f). The present reference to "renter"
is proposed for deletion because a person who
rents is a lessee or a tenant. The only
other changes made are in style.
