REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66C, §470-I of the Code. The new
language set forth in paragraph (3) is
derived from §470-I (c), which is proposed
for deletion here. In paragraph (4), the
present reference to "horses, mules, or
other equines" is proposed for deletion and
"equines" is substituted therefor because
horses and mules are equines. Paragraphs

Art. 66C, §470-I(r), as enacted by Ch. 312,

sentence of Art. 66C, §470J(a) and set
forth here for organizational purposes.

Federal Meat Inspection Act, 21, U.S.C.
§641. In paragraph (17), the present
reference to "duly authorized
representative of the Board" is proposed
for deletion because all inspections are in
fact performed by the Secretary and bis
