RIPARIAN OWNER WHO OWNS THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF LAND IF
HE FIRST OBTAINS WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM EACH
SHOREOWNER HAVING A TOTAL CONTINUOUS SHORE FRONTAGE
ALONG THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF SHORELINE.

(C) ANY OTHER RESIDENT. - ANY OTHER RESIDENT OF
THE STATE WHO OBTAINS A LICENSE HAS THE SOLE RIGHT TO
HUNT AT THE BLIND SITE BY BOAT OR FLOATING BLIND OR
BODY BOOTING.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a) presently appears
as Article 66C, section 151 (f) of the Code.
The last provisions of this subsection are
proposed for deletion since they duplicate
proposed section 10-617 and 10-619 and
relate only to placement of stationary
blinds and blind sites.

Subsection (b) presently appears as Article
66C, section 151(g). New language derived
from section 154(b) is added to indicate
that the person falling within this
subsection has exclusive rights with regard
to blind sites and to stationary blinds
under certain circumstances.

Article 66c, section 151(h) is proposed for
deletion because its substance appears in
proposed subsection (c).

The only other changes made are in style.
10-621. TRESPASSING ON ANOTHER'S BLIND.

A PERSON MAY NOT ENTER, USE, OR OCCUPY ANY OTHER
PERSON'S LICENSED STATIONARY BLIND OR BLIND SITE OR
ANCHOR AT OR TIE TO ANY OTHER PERSON'S LICENSED STAKE
FOR THE PURPOSE OF HUNTING WILD WATERFOWL OR FOR ANY
OTHER PURPOSE WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING THE WRITTEN
PERMISSION OF THE LICENSEE, WHICH HE SHALL POSSESS AT
THE TIME ENTRY OR USE IS MADE. THE LICENSEE MAY
INSTITUTE PROCEEDINGS AND PROSECUTE ANY PERSON WHO
VIOLATES THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION.

Article 66C, section 162(a) of the Code.
