PLANNING, AND THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THE WASHINGTON
SUBURBAN SANITARY DISTRICT ARE EX OFFICIO, NONVOTING
MEMBERS. THESE EX OFFICIO MEMBERS MAY DESIGNATE
ALTERNATES FROM AMONG THE SENIOR EMPLOYEES TO

TO SERVE AT HIS PLEASURE AND BE CHAIRMAN OF THE
AUTHORITY. A MEMBER SERVES WITHOUT COMPENSATION BUT
SHALL BE REIMBURSED FOR NECESSARY TRAVEL EXPENSES AND
DISBURSEMENTS INCURRED PERFORMING HIS OFFICIAL DUTIES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Article 96A, section 91 of the Code, as
amended by chapter 348, Acts of 1972. The

because that county has not paid its
assessment according to the Department of
Natural Resources. The only other changes
made are in style.

8-504. ACTIONS BY UNANIMOUS VOTE.

THE UNANIMOUS VOTE OF THE VOTING MEMBERS IS
REQUIRED TO APPROVE ANY ACTION OF THE AUTHORITY.

only changes made are in style.

8-505. SUBCOMMITTEES; USE OF SERVICES OF EXISTING
UNITS.

THE AUTHORITY MAY APPOINT SUBCOMMITTEES AND USE
THE SERVICES OF EXISTING STATE AND LOCAL UNITS.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
