AN ACT to add new Sections 5-801 through 5-808 of Article 66-1/2 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume and 1972
Supplement), title "Vehicle Laws," subtitle "Subtitle 5 Licensing of Dealers,
Wreckers, Scrap Processors, Vehicle Salesmen, Manufacturers, Distributors and
Factory Branches," to follow immediately after §5-709 thereof, and to be under
the new subheading, "Part VIII. Title Service Agents"; to amend said subtitle;
and to provide generally for the licensing and regulation of title service agents
doing business with the Motor Vehicle Administration.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Sections 5-801 through 5-808 be and they are hereby
added to Article 66-1/2 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement
Volume and 1972 Supplement), title "Vehicle Laws," Subtitle 5 Licensing of
Dealers, Wreckers, Scrap Processors, Vehicle Salesmen, Manufacturers,
Distributors and Factory Branches," to follow immediately after §5-709 thereof,
and to be under the new subheading, "Part VIII. Title Service Agents"; that said
subtitle be and is hereby amended; and all to read as follows:
