that the burden of   paying a portion of the cost of the

facilities above       described has been equitably

distributed among     all properties connected with such
sewerage system.

SECTION 2.     AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY     THE

COUNTY COUNCIL     oF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, that   this

Act shall take     effect sixty (60) days after     its
enactment.

This Bill, having been approved by the Executive and
returned to the Council, stands enacted on October 11,
1972.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 50

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments Sections
17.500, 17.503, 17.505 of the Howard County Code,
Title "Public Protection Services," subtitle
"Dogs," and to repeal and re—enact with
amendments Sections 8.201 and 8.203 of the Howard
County Code, Title "Crimes and Misdemeanors,"
subtitle "Animals," to provide for the inclusion
of domesticated animals, a definition thereof,
for the impoundment of domesticated animals, and
to provide fees for such impoundment and to
further provide the proper titles for the Animal
Control officers.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, that Section 17.500,
17.503 and 17.505 of the Howard County Code, Title
"Public Protection Services," Subtitle "Dogs," and
Section 8.201 and 8.203 of the Howard County Code,
Title "Crimes and Misdemeanors," subtitle "Animals,"
be and are hereby repealed.

Section 2. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE COUNTY
COUNCIL OF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND that Sections
