Graduation from a university or college of
recognized standing with major work in Engineering; or
any equivalent combination of education and
experience.

(55)    Engineer II

Graduation from a university or college of
recognized standing with major work in Engineering and
two (2) years experience in professional Engineering;
or any equivalent combination of education and
experience.

(56)    Engineer III

Graduation from a university or college of
recognized standing with major work in Engineering and
four (4) years experience in professional engineering;
or any equivalent combination of education and
experience.

(57)    Engineer IV

Graduation from a university or college of
recognized standing with major work in Engineering and
six (6) years experience in professional engineering,
two (2) years of which must have been at the level of
Engineer III; or any equivalent combination of
education and experience.

Special Requirements: Possession of or
eligibility for a Professional Engineer's License.

(58)    Deputy Chief, Bureau of Engineering

Graduation from a university or college of
recognized standing with major work in Engineering and
seven (7) years of professional engineering
experience, one (1) year of which must have been at
the level of Engineer IV, Bureau of Engineering; or
any equivalent combination of education and
experience.

Special Requirements: Possession of or
eligibility for a Professional Engineer's License.
