HOWARD COUNTY

Act shall take effect sixty (60) days after its
enactment.

This Bill, having been approved by the Executive and
returned to the Council, stands enacted on June 7,
1972.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 28

AN ACT to repeal Section 18.310 of title 18 of the
Howard County Code, Title "Public Works,"
subtitle "Roads" and to enact new Section 18.310
in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the
Section repealed, to establish an authority and
procedure for adoption of Howard County Road
Construction Regulations and Specifications. And

further providing__that existing__standards__and

specifications__shall__remain in__full force and

effect.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, that Section 18.310 of
title 18 of the Howard County Code, Title "Public
Works," subtitle "Roads" be and the same is hereby
repealed [[and that all other laws amending or adding
thereto are hereby repealed]], and that new Section
18.310 of title 18 of said code of said title and of
said subtitle be and the same is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof to stand in the place of the Section so
repealed, and to read as follows:

The Road Construction Code and Standard
Specifications adopted by the County
Commissioners of Howard County on November 27,
1962, as amended, is incorporated herein by
reference.]
