AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments.
Section 1—215 (e) (3) of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1,
"Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel",
Article II, "Classified Service", and to add new
Section 1-217 (a) (165) to said Code, Title,
Subtitle and Article, to create the new position
of Assistant Recreation Supervisor, and to set
forth the requirements and standards for said
position, respectively.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 1-215
(e) (3) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle
2, "Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service" be,
and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
