COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

(A)   Each principal structure together with its
accessory structures and uses shall be located on a
lot having a net area of not less than five (5) acres.
Not more than five percent (5%) of the net area of any
lot shall be covered by the principal structure,
accessory structures and uses.

(B)  NOTWITHSTANDING THE MINIMUM LOT REQUIREMENTS
OF THIS HEADING, A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING MAY BE
CONSTRUCTED ON ANY SEPARATE PARCEL OF PROPERTY LEGALLY
RECORDED PRIOR TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS SUBTITLE,
PROVIDED ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SUBTITLE ARE
MET.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend the Capital
Improvement Budget and the Projects Bond
Ordinance by increasing the appropriation for the
Routine Sewer Extensions Project and decreasing
the appropriation for the Routine Water
Extensions Project for the purpose of
constructing the sewer extension on Peble Drive
off Belle Grove Road.

WHEREAS, the County Executive has requested the
County Council to authorize an interproject
transfer of appropriations between capital
projects in the capital budget in accordance with
Section 711(b) of the Charter of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland; now, therefore,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That the Capital
Improvement Budget be, and it is hereby amended by
transferring Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00) to
the Routine Sewer Extensions Project No. X05332 from
the Routine Water Extensions Project No. Y05142.
