CHANGE THE HENRY SQUIRES AND OTHERS
PROPERTY FROM R5 - RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C3 -
GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING FOR THE SAME AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF RECOMMENDED ZONE 7-MA2-2; THENCE
NORTHWEST AND BINDING THE WEST SIDE OF FT. SMALLWOOD
ROAD 1600' ± TO THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF RECOMMENDED
ZONE 7-C3-1; THENCE BINDING SAID BOUNDARY SOUTHWEST
200' TO A POINT; THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES TO SAID POINT
AND RUNNING PARALLEL TO 200' FROM FT. SMALLWOOD ROAD,
SOUTH 600' TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF RECOMMENDED ZONE
7-MA2-2; THENCE NORTHEAST AND BINDING THE NORTHERN
PROPERTY LINE OF SAID ZONE 200' TO THE PLACE OF

DISTANT AS CORRECTED FOR MAGNETIC VARIANCE NORTH 85°
37' WEST, 213.02' FROM THE END OF THE SAID LINE AND
RUNNING THENCE WITH THE SAID LINE, THE REVERSE
THEREOF, NORTH 85° 37' NORTH, 165.55' TO AN IRON PIPE
SET DISTANT, SOUTH 85° 37" EAST, 331.23' FROM A STONE
HERETOFORE SET AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SAID LINE:

NORTHEAST SIDE OF MOUNTAIN ROAD, SOUTH 49° 24' EAST
111.54'; THENCE LEAVING THE SAID MOUNTAIN ROAD AND
RUNNING WITH THE NORTH 43° 18' EAST 681.57 FOOT LINE
OF A CONVEYANCE FROM ROTH E. SOMMERS, ET AL, TO JAMES
W. GLADDEN AND GLADYS L. GLADDEN, HIS WIFE, BY DEED
RECORDED IN GTC 1472, FOLIO 250, NORTH 43° 18' EAST,
681.57' TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. BEING THE SAME LOT
OF GROUND WHICH BY DEED DATED FEBRUARY 7, 1963 AND
RECORDED AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY
IN LIBER LNP 1632, FOLIO 280, WAS GRANTED AND CONVEYED
BY DOLORES MARY HALL UNTO GLADYS L. GLADDEN, LIFE
TENANT WITH FULL POWERS. THE SAID GLADYS L. GLADDEN,
