DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEING ALL OF THAT PROPERTY OWNED BY JOHN D. RAMBO AND
RECORDED IN THE SUBDIVISION RECORDS OF ANNE ARUNDEL
