CENTERLINE OF EXISTING MARLEY NECK ROAD, WHICH IS THE
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUNNING WITH THE
CENTERLINE OF EXISTING MARLEY NECK ROAD THE FOLLOWING
TWO COURSES AND DISTANCES: S. 38° 09" W. 478.50 FEET
AND S. 38° 09' W. 911.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE
THROUGH THE LANDS OF THE MARLEY NECK PATAPSCO
COMPANY'S PARCEL NO. 14, N. 55° 33' 27" W. 1649.60
FEET TO A POINT ON THE BANK OF MARLEY CREEK; THENCE
BINDING ON THE WATERS OF SAID MARLEY CREEK AND THE
WATERS OF TANYARD COVE THE FOLLOWING SEVENTY-FIVE
