COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

(44)    MAP NO. U11 BE, AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED AS
FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID MAP
AS "(D11 + H53 + E15)":

CHANGE THE ANGELINE D. ILLICH PROPERTY FROM
R2 - RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C3 - GENERAL COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING FOR THE SAME AT THE SOUTHEASTERN CORNER OF
THE WESTERNMOST BOUNDARY OF THAT PARCEL OF LAND OWNED
BY ANGELINE D. ILLICH AND RECORDED IN THE LAND RECORDS
