COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

(39)    MAP NO. S10 BE, AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED,
AS FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID
MAP AS "(D26 + H25)":

CHANGE THE MILLERSVILLE HOLDING COMPANY
PROPERTY FROM R1 - RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C4 -
HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING FOR THE SAME AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY CONSISTING OF
13.181 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, CONVEYED FROM SAMUEL
PANNUTY TO MILLERSVILLE HOLDING COMPANY, INC. BY DEED
DATED OCTOBER 26, 1971 AND RECORDED AMONG THE LAND
RECORDS OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY AT BOOK 2448, PAGE 267.
THENCE IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION PERPENDICULAR TO
THE SOUTH 72 DEGREES 21 MINUTES 30 SECONDS LINE OF
SAID CONVEYANCE 300 FEET, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY AND
PERPENDICULAR TO THE AFORESAID LINE 500 FEET, THENCE
SOUTHWESTERLY AND PERPENDICULAR TO THE AFORESAID LINE
TO THE NORTH SIDE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MOUNTAIN
ROAD A DISTANCE OF 500 FEET PLUS OR MINUS. THENCE
NORTHWESTERLY AND BINDING ON THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF MOUNTAIN ROAD TO THE PLACE OF
BEGINNING. SAID PROPERTY CONTAINING 3.49 ACRES MORE
OR LESS. A PIECE OF PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
MOUNTAIN ROAD AND 1200'± EAST OF SOLLEY ROAD.

(40)    MAP NO. 08 BE, AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED AS
