(30)    MAP NO. R10 BE, AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED AS
FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID MAP
AS "(D17)":

CHANGE THE THEODORE WOLF PROPERTY FROM R1 -
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C4 - HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEING ALL OF THAT PROPERTY OWNED BY THEODORE WOLF AS
RECORDED AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF ANNE ARUNDEL
COUNTY, MARYLAND, LIBER 326, FOLIO 197. A PIECE OF
PROPERTY SOUTH OF MOUNTAIN ROAD AND WEST OF OLD

RELOCATED.
