COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if
any provision of this Ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid
for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the
other provisions or any other application of this
Ordinance which can be given effect without the
invalid provisions or application, and to this end,
all the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby
declared to be severable.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Sections 17-605(d), (e) , (g) ,
(h) and (i) , and 17-606 (d) , (e) , (g) , (h) and
(i) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation," Subtitle
6, "Water and Wastewater Charges and
Assessments"; to repeal Sections 17-605(c) and
17-606(c) of said Code, Title and Subtitle, and
to enact new Sections 17—605(c) and 17—606(c) in
lieu thereof, respectively, to stand in the place
of the sections so repealed; and to repeal and
re—enact, with amendments. Section 17—606 (b) of
said Code, Title and Subtitle; to change the
rates for water and wastewater charges,
connection charges and assessments; and matters
generally related thereto.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Sections
17-605(d), (e) , (g) , (h) and (i) , and 17-606 (d) , (e) ,
(g), (h) and (i) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation,"
Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater Charges and
Assessments," be and they are hereby repealed.
