AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments.
Section 1-216 (a) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), title 1,
"Administration," Subtitle 2, "Personnel,"
Article II, "Classified Service," (as last
amended by Bill No. 65-72), changing the
compensation of certain County employees.

SECTION 1. 'BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section
1—216(a) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration," Subtitle
2, "Personnel," Article II, "Classified Service," (as
last amended by Bill No. 65—72) be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

Section 1-216

(a) The below listed annual pay schedule shall
be applicable to all classes except those in the
custodial, labor and trades group below pay grade 16
(provided that employees assigned to said pay schedule
shall receive an increase of three hundred dollars
($300,00) in annual compensation):
