said Corporation will maintain and edit the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
and prepare and publish five hundred (500) copies of
each supplement thereto for the sum of twelve dollars
and twenty—five cents ($12.25) per page (except where
either engraved cuts or other methods of reproduction
are required), all in accordance with the terms and
conditions of said contract, which are incorporated
herein by reference as if fully set forth. A copy of
said contract has been filed with the Secretary of the
County Council.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Section 1-200. 1 (a) (1), (2) and (5) of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle
2, "Personnel", Article I, "Exempt Service",
respectively to revise the exempt service pay
plan for the Circuit Court jury commissioner and
bailiff and to add the new Circuit Court
classifications and pay grades for law clerk,
assistant jury commissioner and principal court
reporter, to eliminate the classification of
administrative assistant in the office of the
State's Attorney; and to add the position of the
administrative assistant (and the pay grade
therefor) in the general classification of the
exempt service; and to repeal Section 1—200.1(a)
(3) of said Title, Subtitle and Article, to
repeal obsolete classifications concerning
People's Court; and matters generally related
thereto.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section
