COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

MINUTES EAST 103' + SOUTH 32 DEGREES 15 MINUTES EAST

238' + TO INTERSECT THE EASTERN BOUNDARY OF THE

AFOREMENTIONED STIDHAM PROPERTY; THENCE WITH THE LAST

COURSE 50' + TO INTERSECT THE 10' CONTOUR LINE, THENCE

SOUTHEASTERLY 800' + BINDING ON SAID CONTOUR LINE,

THENCE BINDING ON SAID CONTOUR AS IT CHANGES TO A

SOUTHWESTERLY AND SOUTHERLY DIRECTION 1500' + TO

INTERSECT THE EXTENSION OF THE NORTHERNMOST PROPERTY
LINE OF THE ALEXANDER D. SPEER PROPERTY AS RECORDED IN

LIBER 2324, FOLIO 892; THENCE WESTERLY WITH SAID LINE

EXTENDED 60' + TO INTERSECT THE SHORELINE OF CHURCH

CREEK; THENCE BINDING ALONG SAID SHORELINE 900' + TO

THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

(7) MAPS NOS. T 25 (REVISED 3/6/72) , U 25

(REVISED 3/6/72), T 26 (REVISED 3/6/72) AND U 26

(REVISED 3/6/72) BE, AND THEY ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS

FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID MAPS

AS "(A-8) ":

CHANGE THE ELEANOR H. DAVIS PROPERTY FROM R1 -

RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO R2 - RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT,

SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEING ALL OF

THAT PROPERTY OWNED BY ELEANOR H. DAVIS AS RECORDED

AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY,

MARYLAND, LIBER F.S.R. 73, FOLIO 289. A LARGE TRACT

OF LAND IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF WILELINOR ESTATES AND

EAST OF ROUTE 2 AND WEST OF CHURCH CREEK.

(8) MAPS NOS. T 23 AND S 24 (REVISED 3/6/72) BE,

AND THEY ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT
BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID MAPS AS "(A-12)":

CHANGE THE DR. BRICE DORSEY PROPERTY FROM__R2__-

RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO OS - OPEN SPACE DISTRICT, SAID
PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING FOR THE

SAME AT A POINT 400' NORTH OF MD. RT. 450, SAID POINT

BEING ON THE WESTERNMOST PROPERTY BOUNDARY OF THE
BRICE DORSEY PROPERTY AS RECORDED IN LIBER 236, FOLIO
168; THENCE EASTERLY 600' + PERPENDICULAR TO SAID WEST
BOUNDARY TO INTERSECT THE EASTERNMOST BOUNDARY OF SAID
PROPERTY ALSO BEING THE WESTERN BOUNDARY OF THE BRICE
DORSEY PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN LIBER 2361, FOLIO 168;
THENCE SOUTHERLY BINDING ON SAID BOUNDARY 200' + TO

INTERSECT THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE

SECOND-MENTIONED BRICE PROPERTY; THENCE BINDING__ON

SAID PROPERTY'S SOUTHERN, EASTERN,___AND NORTHERN

BOUNDARIES, 300' +, 725' + AND 200' +, TO INTERSECT
THE NORTHERNMOST BOUNDARY OF THE FIRST-MENTIONED BRICE
PROPERTY; THENCE RUNNING WITH SAID PROPERTY'S 1ST
