COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

(2) MAPS NOS. Y AND Z 27, AND Y AND Z 28 BE, AND

THEY ARE HEREBY AMENDED, AS FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT

BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID MAPS AS "(A-2)":

CHANGE THE BAY RIDGE SUBDIVISION PROPERTY FROM R5
- RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO R2 - RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT,
SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEING ALL OF

THE BAY RIDGE SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9,

PAGE 33; PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 44, SECTION 2, PLAT BOOK 1,
PAGE 6; SECTION 5, PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 16; AND SECTION

6, PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 50; SAVING AND EXCEPTING THOSE

PORTIONS ZONED 24-OS-8; 24-MB-2; 24-MA 1-5; AND

24-OS-13. THE AREA OF THE BAY RIDGE SUBDIVISION.

(3)  MAP NO. X 27 BE, AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED AS

FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID MAP
AS "(A-3) ":

CHANGE THE HILLSMERE ESTATES, INC. PROPERTY FROM
R2-RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO CITY DISTRICT, SAID
PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING FOR THE
SAME 50' SOUTHWEST OF FOREST DRIVE AT THE WESTERNMOST
CORNER FORMED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY LIMIT AND
CHINQUAPIN RD. BEING 500' SOUTHEAST OF HILLSMERE ROAD;
THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 700' IN A LINE BEING A DIRECT
EXTENSION OF SAID ROAD TO A POINT; THENCE
NORTHWESTERLY 600' + TO THE INTERSECTION OF ANNAPOLIS
NECK ROAD AND HILLSMERE ROAD AND QUIETWATER FARMROAD;
THENCE NORTHEASTERLY WITH HILLSMEBE ROAD AND BAY RIDGE
AVENUE 600' TO A POINT 60' + NORTHEAST OF FOREST

DRIVE; THENCE SOUTH AND EASTERLY IN AN ARC, 500' TO

THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING
