COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
On the first Monday in [April] MAY of each year,
the county shall cause to be offered for sale at
public auction, and by no other method, properties
which it has purchased at prior tax sales; provided,
however, the county may reserve for public use any
lands which it has so acquired.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance and necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health, safety, welfare and
property, and being passed by the affirmative vote of
five (5) members of the County Council the same shall
take effect from the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 1-250 through 1-260,
inclusive, to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 1,
"Administration", Subtitle 1, "Generally", to
follow immediately after Section 1—242 thereof
and to be under the new Article IV, "Employees
Relations", to authorize Anne Arundel County,
Maryland, to enter into negotiations with
representatives of County employees concerning
the terms of employment; setting forth the
procedures for said negotiations and for
designating said representatives; and matters
generally related thereto.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new Sections 1-250
through 1—260, inclusive, be and they are hereby added
to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 1,
"Generally", to follow immediately after Section 1-242
thereof and to be under the new Article IV, "Employees
Relations", to read as follows:
