AN ACT to add new Section 615 to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Kent County (1967 Edition and 1970
Supplement, being Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent
County", subtitle "County Commissioners", to
follow immediately after Section 614 thereof, to
provide for the impoundment and disposal of
unlicensed or dangerous dogs and penalties for
violations thereof.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new
Section 615 be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Kent County (1967 Edition and
1970 Supplement, being Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent County",
subtitle "County Commissioners", to follow immediately
after Section 614 thereof and to read as follows:

615. SECTION A - DEFINITION OF TERMS
