to, by and with the south property line of the English Company North eighty-eight
degrees twenty-one minutes forty-five seconds East (N 88°21' 45" E) six hundred
and eighty-three decimal two, six (683.26) feet to a cement post at the south east
property corner of the English Company Easting 1,202.480.38 Northing
189,347.24; thence North one degree zero minutes twenty-six seconds East (N
l°00' 26" E) four hundred and sixty-one decimal five, seven (461.57) feet to the
Corporate Limit south of Bennett Junior High School field track Easting
1,202,488.49 Northing 189,808.74; thence by and with the Corporate Limit the
following three courses i, South eighty-nine degrees thirty-nine minutes twenty-four
seconds West (S 89°39' 24" W) five hundred and ninety-two decimal three, zero
(592.30) feet to the east curb of South Division Street Extended Easting
1,201,895.95 Northing 189,803.92; ii, thence by and with said curb line North
twelve degrees fifty-three minutes twenty-four seconds East (N 12 53' 24" E) two
hundred and forty-eight decimal six, zero (248.60) feet Easting 1,201,951.41
Northing 190,046.26; iii, thence South seventy-three degrees one minute thirty-two
seconds West (S 73°01' 32" W) forty-eight decimal, eight, eight (48.88) feet more
or less to the point of beginning and containing approximately 220.36 acres.

All bearings and coordinates are referenced to the Maryland State Coordinate
System.

CONDITIONS OF ANNEXATION
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1970

A. SERVICES AND TAXES

1.         ON JULY 1, following the date of Annexation,
the City will be responsible for providing

the following services:

a.         Police Protection

b.         Fire Protection

c.         Street Lights

d.        Garbage Collection

e.        Other normal services, except water,
sewer and storm drainage, in the
same manner that they are provided
within the existing City of Salisbury.

2.        ON JULY 1, following the date of Annexation,
one half (50%) of normal City Tax will be
assessed.
