RESOLUTION

TO AMEND CHARTER CHANGING VOTING AGE FROM 21 TO 18

NO. 35

Resolution of the Town of Easton, adopted pursuant to authority of Article
11-E of the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23-A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, as amended, title "Corporations - Municipal,"
subtitle "Home-Rule," subheading "Charter Amendments," to amend Article V,
Section 1 of the Charter of the Town of Easton to permit persons eighteen (18)
years of age to vote in town elections.
