Mencer, City Clerk EASTON (Talbot County) RESOLUTION TO AMEND CHARTER CHANGING VOTING AGE FROM 21 TO 18 NO. 35 Resolution of the Town of Easton, adopted pursuant to authority of Article 11-E of the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23-A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, as amended, title "Corporations - Municipal," subtitle "Home-Rule," subheading "Charter Amendments," to amend Article V, Section 1 of the Charter of the Town of Easton to permit persons eighteen (18) years of age to vote in town elections.
