RESOLUTION NO. 2-72

Pursuant to Article 11E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of the State of Maryland, the Commissioners
of the Town of Berwyn Heights amend Section 22 (a) of the Charter of the Town
of Berwyn Heights, Maryland in order to change the minimum voting registration
age from twenty-one (21) years of age to eighteen (18) years of age.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Section 22 (a) of the Charter of the
Town of Berwyn Heights be amended to read: "All citizens of the said Town of Berwyn
Heights above the age of EIGHTEEN (18) years..."
