AND IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that at said election, 440,691 votes were
cast for the adoption of said Chapter 374 and 174,694 voles were cast against the
adoption of said Chapter 374 the said Chapter 374 of the Acts of 1972 has
therefore been ratified by the duly qualified voters of the State of Maryland.

of Election Laws of the State of Maryland, Done at the City of Annapolis, this

1972, CHAPTER 375 - Baltimore City Rehabilitation Loans

STATE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF ELECTION LAWS
ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 23-11 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, the State Administrative Board of Election Laws does hereby certify
that at the General Election held in the State of Maryland on November 7, 1972,
an Act known as Chapter 375 of the Acts of 1972 was submitted to the voters of
the State of Maryland under the provisions of Article XIV of the Constitution of
the State of Maryland, said Act being as follows:

AN ACT to propose an amendment to the Constitution of Maryland by
adding a new Article thereto to follow immediately after Article XI-F and to be
known as Article XI-G, AND TO BE ENTITLED "CITY OF BALTIMORE -
REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT LOANS," relating to making,
guaranteeing or insuring financial loans by the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore for or in connection with the rehabilitation or improvement of certain
property in Baltimore City, and to provide for the submission of said amendment
to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for adoption or rejection.

AND IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that at said election, 410,920 votes were
cast for the adoption of said Chapter 375 and 259,390 votes were cast against the
adoption of said Chapter 375, the said Chapter 375 of the Acts of 1972 has
therefore been ratified by the duly qualified voters of the State of Maryland.
