divorce a vinculo matrimonii, had executed an agreement under oath reciting that
both parties had voluntarily agreed to separate, such separation agreement and the
terms therein shall serve as full corroboration of the plaintiffs testimony as to the
mutual and voluntary nature of the separation set out in the bill of complaint filed
by the plaintiff thereby.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if any provision of
this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid for
any reason, in a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity shall not affect the
other provisions or any other application of this Act which can be given effect
without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end all the provisions of
this Act are declared to be severable.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

CHAPTER 836
(House Bill 1076)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 13- [[103]] 101(2) of
Article 66 l/2 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement
Volume), title "Vehicle Laws," subtitle "Inspection of Used Vehicles and
Warnings for Defective Equipment," [[providing for inspection of Class E
vehicles up to]] to include within the definition of motor vehicle subject to
inspection Class E vehicles up to and including 3/4 ton and Class G vehicles up
to 35 feet in length which are designed for human habitation or designed and
used for camping or pleasure purposes.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 13-[[103]] 101(2) of Article 66 1/2 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume), title "Vehicle Laws," subtitle
"Inspection of Used Vehicles and Warnings for Defective Equipment," be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

[[13-103.

Every motor vehicle operated on the highways of the State shall be equipped
with brakes, steering, horn, door handles, tires, exhaust system, lights, glass,
windshield wipers, odometer, speedometer, bumpers and proper wheel alignment,
wheels, wheel lugs, fenders, floor pans, hood and hood catches, and gas tank
meeting the standards therefor as jointly fixed and determined by the Department
and Division. ANY CLASS E VEHICLE UP TO 3/4 TON OR CLASS G
VEHICLE WHICH IS DESIGNED FOR HUMAN HABITATION OR
WHICH IS DESIGNED OR USED FOR CAMPING OR RECREATIONAL
PURPOSES SHALL BE EQUIPPED AND INSPECTED TO CONFORM TO
STANDARDS JOINTLY FIXED AND DETERMINED BY THE
DEPARTMENT AND THE DIVISION. The Department and the Division are
authorized to jointly promulgate the standards by means of rules and
regulations.]]
