(b) [it shall be illegal for any nonresident of the State, 12 years of age or older,
to fish in any of the "designated" trout streams of the State without first obtaining
a special nonresidents' trout stamp in addition to the regular nonresidents' fishing
license. Said stamp shall be obtained from any authorized agent of the Department
at a cost of $2.50.
(c)] Any person convicted of violating this section [shall be] IS subject to the
penalties provided in § 217 of this subtitle.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

(House Bill 814)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3(a) of Article 101 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and 1972
Supplement), title "Workmen's Compensation," subtitle "Workmen's
Compensation Commission," to change the salaries of the Chairman and other
members of the Workmen's Compensation Commission.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 3(a) of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and 1972 Supplement), title "Workmen's
Compensation," subtitle "Workmen's Compensation Commission," be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(a) The chairman of the Workmen's Compensation Commission of Maryland
shall receive a salary of [twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000)]
[[THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($31,000)]] TWENTY-EIGHT
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($28.000) per annum and each of the other members of
the Commission shall receive a salary of [twenty-three thousand dollars ($23,000)]
[[THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000) ]] TWENTY-SEVEN
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($27,000) per annum.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.
